Wellington LUX 2011 – miss you already!

‘Eyjafjallajokull’ by Joanie Lemercier (AntiVJ)

Following a spectacular keynote presentation from Joanie Lemercier (AntiVJ), entertaining and engaging presentations from a host of speakers including Gabby O’Connor, AHO’s Jørn Knutsen and Adam Pruden of MIT SENSEable City Lab (complete with LED helicopters!), Wellington LUX 2011 concluded yesterday.

It was a wonderful weekend filled with diverse and inspiring speakers using light in physical space, who shared their superb projects and energy with us. Also thanks to all those who supported and attended Wellington LUX, it proved to be a fantastic opportunity for conversation, inspiration and the forging of new links. We hope to keep those connections flowing and will keep you posted on developments!

The Wellington LUX Exhibition has now concluded, having been open to the public in the Engine Room gallery at Massey University, from Tuesday 12 to Thursday 21 July 2011.
